Looking for some mental health inspiration? A Peek Into My Pinterest Board

I often say that Pinterest is my favorite social media! I always feel so inspired when I get on Pinterest- it’s truly a gold mine for great quotes and the mental health reminders we all need. I know the world has felt especially heavy lately, so if you are looking for a lighthearted pick-me-up, or some quotes to save on your phone for later, you’ve come to the right place. Scroll through and let me know your favorites! (I do not own any of these photos).

Sometimes I wish I didn't care, but then i wouldn't be me.
Stop trying to calm the storm. Calm yourself, the storm will pass.
May your choices reflect your hopes, not your fears.
Deal with things as they come, not as you fear.
If something could go wrong - it could also go right.
I didn't deserve all of the mean things I said to me.
