After six years of working in psychiatric hospitals, schools, private practice, and all levels of eating disorder care, I am thrilled to announce that I am pursuing my dream and opening a new therapy practice right here in the heart of Denver, Colorado! Morning Bird Therapy is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective therapy services to adults and teens both in person and virtually. Although the official launch date is not until September 2024, I am currently accepting waitlist clients.

In-Person and Virtual Sessions

Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, I know that it has been a challenge to find a good in-person therapist, which is why I prioritize meeting with clients face-to-face at my office in South Denver. If you prefer to meet virtually or live in a different city, I am happy to meet virtually as well!

Taking the first step towards therapy can be daunting, but I am here to make it as easy as possible for you. Simply reach out to me to schedule your initial consultation, where we can discuss your goals for therapy and determine the best approach for your unique situation.

Pricing & Fees

I am currently in the process of getting paneled with most major insurance companies. Until then, my base rate for an individual session is $150. I can provide you with a superbill for reimbursement from your insurance.

If this does not feel doable for you, I also offer scholarships and sliding scale options. Reach out to see if you may qualify!

At Morning Bird, I am passionate about working collaboratively with my clients to help them reach their goals. My approach to treating eating disorders is focused on personal autonomy and compassion. I identify with Health at Every Size and Anti-Diet approaches, but more importantly than that, I want to meet YOU where you’re at!

One thing that sets Morning Bird apart from other practices is that I offer in-person sessions every day of the week, including evening availability. I believe strongly in making in-person therapy accessible!
