5-Minute Morning Journal Prompt

Many people tell me that they are interested in journaling but they don’t know what to write. While there are a lot of different reasons to journal, the prompt below is meant to help you start the day off on an intentional, positive note. It’s quick and I love to use it when I am in a funk. Combining many different pieces of positive psychology, it is sure to lift your mood!

  1. One thing you are looking forward to today

  2. One accomplishment you are proud of from yesterday

  3. Five things you are grateful for

  4. Three people you are grateful for

  5. Your top intention for today

  6. Take 5 deep breaths

Let me know if you try it and tell me what you think!
