Hi, I’m Eada! (pronounced E-Duh) I am a licensed professional counselor and the founder of Morning Bird Therapy. I am passionate about helping adults and teens heal their relationship with mind, body, food, and exercise. I have worked in the mental health field since 2018 and I am extremely dedicated to this work. For example, if predators are afoot or a storm is looming, the birds are silent. When the environment is calm and safe, the birds will sing.
